Booking in, what to do?
Prior to completing the reservation form please check availability of dates with us by telephone or email. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a text or email from us confirming the guest booking and that your deposit has been paid.
Please download the reservation form and after reading our Terms and Conditions, fill in all the sections and email or post the completed form back to us along with a £50.00 deposit per cat. (or full payment if the arrival date is within 7 days).
You can email the form back to us and pay the £50.00 deposit per cat by bank transfer or cheque payable to Catisfaction Cat Hotel, 19 Leafy Lane, Whiteley, PO15 7HL.
Please note that if you are filling in the PDF form below then you will need to download it first then open it in Adobe Acrobat (which should already be on your device).
